We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns are accepted in-store or by mail within 180 days of purchase for items in new condition with tags attached.

Return Policy

We accept returns in-store or by mail within 180 days of purchase.

Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached.

Decorated school uniforms are eligible for return, refund, or exchange within 180 days of purchase.

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned.

Discontinued items are not eligible for return.

Socks and tights must be in their original, unopened packaging to be returnable.

Personalized items — including, but not limited to, those with a name, initials, graduation year, or team number — are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please send all returns, along with a copy of your receipt or order confirmation, to:

Once we receive and inspect your items, and confirm they meet our return policy, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.

If you are requesting an exchange, please include a brief note with your exchange details. We’ll be happy to send the requested items back to you at no additional shipping cost.
